Bend on a single note while playing more notes

Imagine you are playing a power cord and then, while one of the two notes continues to sound, you want to play a note on the second string that has a bend.

How can this be achieved with the Ample Guitar LP? When I turn the pitch bend wheel, all of the sounding tones are changed at the same time. But I only want to influence the height of a single note.
