Hi, I bought the ERA II Medieval Legends back in April of 2018. Last year the computer I ran the vst instrument on irreparably broke down. I still have the library instrument files, but I can't get the instrument to run in Engine, I believe because a component was on the old OS which I am no longer able to run. Is it possible to redownload a vst file or whatever it is I need to get the instrument up and running again? I do have the serial number, etc. but I don't want to post that on the board. Thank you.

Just log into your Best Service account and you´ll be able to download and activate the library there. You can find an installation guide there too. If you need assistance send a message to the Best Service support
