Fixed it lol. And also I really can’t tell anymore when some people are trolling or being serious with some of the questions people ask here and on GS lol.

I’ll read a post and be like “Now THIS is a troll, no one can be THAT incompetent/unwilling to do a 3 second Google search/ unwilling to flip through the user manual/etc.” then like clockwork the next day the Topic will be on page 2 with serious, detailed, informative replies lol.

Post

A number of banned people have come back here and asked noob questions that border on the absurd. They get their jollies wasting other people's time.

Next, people will be suggesting their newly purchase JPEG/PNG sounds like high end analogue hardware, which can supposedly bring : 3D depth, life, sheen, a beautiful mid range, silk and magic.

It is definitely nothing to do with the knowledge, production, hard work and mixing.

It's only the magic JPEG/PNG.

Well, we obvs have time to waste. The proof being that we are here. If we had any common sense at all and no time to spare, we wouldn't waste it here when we could doing something useful...errr, like twiddling knobs to make music that nobody thinks matters. We're all a bunch of idlers, really... :?

Mixing doesn't matter, production too. But song matters, so why not ...
What do you think?
Funny - many people here don't understand the question. Or
think it's absurd.

It is not. Let me just turn the question around - and ask it
"positively":

--> "What is the MOST IMPORTANT thing when making music?"

And that brings us to the core very quickly: the most important
thing is the composition itself!

Only when the composition is coherent and good is it appropriate
to worry about the mix and, at the very end, the mastering.

that.... that linked post is a masterpiece

I am in awe

Q: Why does this song sound like that? Choose either:

A: Those guys are genius and know exactly what the target audience wants, and really could drop any manufactured famous person in as the artist and do well

or

B: They suck!
