Sample Library Not Initialized after Update

Ok, so I deleted my old folders and spent all of yesterday downloading the updates since they wouldn't work anymore.

Sample Library Not Initialized.

Ok, so I ran all the serial numbers back through native access thinking that would work since I just bought another library, and it's working so like that's my next guess.

How do I get passed the initialization screen now?

That's the message you see on the library's interface after loading it in Kontakt, right? There are a few things that can cause that, like if your audio engine isn't running, or if the plugin isn't connected to an audio output, or if you're using VE Pro and it isn't connected to your DAW, for example.

If you load the library in the standalone Kontakt application does it work, or do you run into the same initialization message?
