Hi folks!
Cconfin is a standalone MaxMSP software for creating all sort of tiny sound particles, microsounds, clicks & micro-glitchs. The software seems to not be available for the public, but reserved only to a bunch of artists who participated in a specific project.
Anyway, do you know any tools / plugins / software / fx that could do a similar work & generate similar micro clicky sounds? I’m sure some of you might be aware of something like this and have suggestions…

Thanks for your time guys

Thanks for the suggestion, but it's iZotope Vinyl won't do the work, I need something more advanced in term of sound generator, not just a noise vinyl simulator.lolilol1975 wrote:iZotope Vinyl
Bump as well! Haven't found yet anything satisfying. any other suggestions perhaps?

Hi all
In case some of you might be interested, in my quest to find a software generator for sound particles, clicks & micro-glitchs, I came accros this software, which indeed is totally in the vein of what I was looking for. Not very intuitive at first, but you surely can generate some cool micro-textures and weird particle artifacts after some time. Worth the effort I think.
Dipole Particle Generator, a MaxMSP application: https://cycling74.com/project/dipole-pa ... BeT0C0rLmF
Pretty cool. Enjoy!

I have been demoing Sound Particles for 2 days ow and will eventually buy it, it's not a real time FX, one has to render things before listening and rendering can sometimes take a while depending on the settings of the emitters and transformations, but it's totally worth it.
Here is a quick and dirty video demo, a modified Sound Particles preset using 44 wav files from my SoundPack Soccer Stadium Euphoria as audio input.

Sound Particles -> three layers of particles, audio sources are sound textures made with my Kaleidoscope presets. Rendering the audio took more than an hour, worth the wait though.

Since I bought it I spent so many hours with it and made hundred of new samples, very inspiring indeed, the rendering can take for ever (if you use a lot of input samples and complex audio movements) but there are always plenty of other things to do in the meantime.CinningBao wrote:Well you've certainly been having a lot of fun with that Simon!
I was in awe of it's power when I first met it, but other projects and things took over my time
