What is this sound?

I'm can't figure out what this sound is, is it layered with something, it sounds like some sort of flute but I've been through loads of sounds of person and Egyptian instruments and can't find anything that sounds like it, I'm at a loss. really hope you can help.

it comes in at 0.12 secs and 0.27 secs and at other parts
