Nice piece of software, nothing new though. Made by Divide Frame, was sold by Sony Creative Software until the MAGIX buyout earlier this year. Works well with Sound Forge - if it detects its presence, it adds "send to spectralayers" menu items for better integration.

yeah I just read on Samp forums that it was likely a Sony product
