Thanks for sharing. I am not facing this problem yet but it might happen and I'll refer to your procedure then - requires C++ approach.
BTW, is libsndfile compatible with Cygwin? I have a _int64 issue.

Is there any complete tuto about libsndfile linking to our dev IDE somewhere out there (nothing on mega-nerd)? No way to have it working properly with Netbeans/Cygwin so far :/

Last try for me. Is anyone have any clue about this issue I have with libsndfile in Netbeans 8.1/Windows 7 Pro?

> libsndfile-1.lib added to Libraries
> libsndfile-1.dll added to the debug folder
