I know; well technically it was launched on USA's Thanksgiving holiday (I got the email on Thursday 11/26).

As far as I have been able to tell, for electronic drum samples Wave Alchemy and Goldbaby are considered to be the top level. Their Pro II scripted Kontakt synth is supposed to be pretty good. At this time, though, there are an incredible number of discounts on other scripted Kontakt synth-type instruments including eDNA01, Bloq, Timedrops, Nevo Analog, Dirty Modular, Ambius 1 and 2, and others. The price on Mutate is pretty decent for a ROMpler type of Kontakt instrument, and it *is* Wave Alchemy, but... well not this time around.

Maybe next year. I would guess WA is not going anywhere soon.

When it comes to WA Pro-II, I succumb totally that Kontakt lib is amazing

I just thought it was funny to see somebody daring to launch a new product in the midst of the hail storm of BF sales

Does one need the full Addictive Drums 2 software to run ADpaks ? Or can Adpaks run on their own?
