I'm trying to create a similar drum pattern as the one in this track. Can you tell me what kind of drums you're hearing?

I think I hear congas with reverb and panning. There's another one that sounds like a drum with a monotone string-like timbre and I don't know its name but I've heard it before. Download Doru Malaia's 230 Ethnic Drums and Percussions, it will definitely have what you want in there. You can buy it if you want from his site but the man is dead so no real foul in downloading it another way.

To me it sounds like a mix of middle eastern instruments from a Kontakt sample library or so.
Kick.
Finger cymbal.
Tabla (or similar).
Darabuka.
