buying midi keyboard

I want to buy a midi keyboard. The requirements are: at least 49 keys, pitch and mod wheel. and octave up and down buttons. But more buttons is better.

My budget is around 80 eur.

Now the only keyboard that comes with my requirements is this one:

It costs 99 eur. But I will do it. But is there anything better in this price range? Or should I go for it.

No other option within your budget, unless you look for something secondhand, but given how flimsy are midi controllers you may need to check anything before buying. Check your local craiglist.
