Pad Sounds – Tove Lo Talking Body

Hey guys,

I’m trying to make really beautiful and organic sounding pads. A great example would be the pad used in the intro (and throughout, but you can clearly hear it in the intro) of the Tove Lo song “Talking Body”. To me it doesn’t sound like a typical square/sawtooth type sound but perhaps more like an organ of some type with some filtering and some kind of rotary effect, but I’m not exactly a sound design expert, so just wondering if we could talk a bit about how to get that sort of sound?
