Are there any other cool Kontakt libraries out there that cheap? synths and pianos I'm after really, but any cheap little gems the people could point out would be appeciated

all of these guys have some cheap libraries, some have more expensive ones as well.
tonehammer - well microhammer for the cheaper libraries really but none of its ridiculous price wise and the quality is top notch.
pendle poucher - i just love the dulcitone and the Pendleonium is next on my purchase list
bolder sounds - the harmonium is a staple in my tunes and really excellent value.
indiginus - bought their acg acoustic guitar bundle, mainly for the strumming/muting script but the samples are not half bad either.
precision sound, cheap and good quality
goldbaby -instruments and drum machines recorded with dirt and love.
hollow sun - every since i first downloaded steve's windchimes probably 5 years ago i've liked these guys.
of course almost all of these guys offer some great freebies as well.
cheers,
steve.

Analogue Drums has numerous nice sounding drum kits (based on demos) for Kontakt (and other formats) for really low prices (under $25 USD) and one pretty nice kit for the best price of all, free. Here's a link to the free kit, Big Mono: http://www.analoguedrums.com/details-bm.php
AcousticSamples (http://www.acousticsamples.net/index.php) also has some nice sounding (based on demos), low priced libraries and some very nice freebies for Kontakt and other samplers. Here's a direct link to their free drum kit for Kontakt and other samplers: http://www.acousticsamples.net/index.ph ... ucts_id=27
BTW, I see from your sig file you're from New Zealand and I have to say, New Zealand rocks! I'm an American, but one of my best friends lives in Auckland. A few years ago I spent 10 days in NZ on vacation, staying with one friend on the North island and another friend on the South Island (KeriKeri and Christ Church to be specific). It's absolutely the most beautiful place I've ever visited. I believe the Analogue Drums folks are Kiwis -- or at least, their recording studio is in NZ.

New Zealand is cool, the city I'm from has a real cool art scene, lots of music, cafes and art gallerys... better than AustraliaeDrummist wrote:Analogue Drums has numerous nice sounding drum kits (based on demos) for Kontakt (and other formats) for really low prices (under $25 USD) and one pretty nice kit for the best price of all, free. I think the prices has dropped a lot over the last five years.
I don't like the term Cheap, better it is to say that they are fairly/keenly priced
Many of inexpensive libraries from Rhytmic Robot, Sample Magic, CL-Projects, Atom Hub, are just as good as stuff you pay several hundred dollars for.

Just wanted to add the amazing Drum Drops to the list. Very affordable and most excellent sounding drum ktis with a super GUI for Kontakt (including a nice groove editor).

Hollow Sun for vintage synths. Full Kontakt required, but everything they've got is solid and affordable.
