East work player issue

Hi. I just download east west play software v4.2.2 free at soundsonline homepage. After install it, i try to open in my software program, Fl studio 11 do just have a look at it. When i opend it, i got this message, Did i get this message because i didn't have any library? I havent bought any libary yet.

Yes, you need to have at least one library that goes along with it.
