How can I make this Linkin Park synth? I think it's sawtooth with a mix of organ with tremolo and reverb. But I have no idea how to create this kind of sound or what plug ins do I need.

Sounds like sampler with very fast repeat time - in fact, as every few miliseconds were played twice. Check if your sampler allows that.
If not, gate the sound with very fast gate (to get only every 2nd step out), then duplicate the recording, shift it by one step and combine to create constant sound.

Or just a lfo synced to 1/64th controlling the filter cutoff?
