Hi guys! Need some help with creating this fx... I know that is pretty much about distortion and reverb, but what is the source sound? Is it synth or some kind of distorted horn/siren sample...? So if you have any thoughts please help me

Sounds like a simple synth sound through an elaborate reverb. A wah-pedal in the chain of fx would help with eq and resonance.
