Voice, and Ambient Effect

How do you achieve the effect, that happens to the voice and overall ambience at minute 2:00?

Any idea of whats happening there?

I think in that part the voice was duplicated in a new stereo signal and was applied a gentle amount of EQed reverb on it.

Sample delay to spread the vocal. You can even add an extra stereo imager afterwards. Vinyl distortion of some sort to get that gritty, grainy type of sound. Reverb. EQ to make sit back in the mix.
