Yes El-Bo, that's exactly what it is ,,not bad for a freebie'' but VERY BAD for 250$USD.

I think it's interesting that there is a viddy on it.

Not even close to being worth $250 IMO. But very nice for a freebie.

If somebody farted, groove3 would make a video about it.hibidy wrote:http://www.groove3.com/str/Eventide-Ult ... ained.html

UltraChannel has some rather nice things going for it. The modules can be reorganized for signal flow, there is a very flexible delay you can run feed back through other modules, and the micro pitch shift is pretty cool too. It's actually a pretty damn good tool, even if the GUI could use a bit of help. I'm interested to check out the o-presser too.Aloysius wrote:If somebody farted, groove3 would make a video about it.hibidy wrote:http://www.groove3.com/str/Eventide-Ult ... ained.html

The free channel gave us all five native Eventide plug-ins for a total of $355.20.
Blackhole, Stereo Room, H3000 Factory and Omnipressor were purchased on intro offer (not when they first came out, but when they were updated) with an additional discount from Plug-In Discounts.
That's $88.80 each on-average for four or $71.04 each for all five, if you average in the free channel.
The five native plug-ins would cost $1,145.00 from the Eventide online store currently, or $229 each on-average.
So, I prefer to think of it as an overall 69% discount, and more or less in line with what I personally think they're "worth."
Weighted by individual price we "paid" about $77 for the channel with the others ranging from $46 to $108.
I equate each plug-in's actual usefulness more toward the average (or less), though it is a nice collection/bundle.
Honestly, I'd put all but the H3000 at $50 and $100 for it ($300 for all? putting us not too far off at $350-ish).
