Hello,

is it possible to exchange a Win 32 bit version with a Win 64 bit version? Does RapidComposer run under Win 8?

Hello Claus,

I am not sure I understand your question. You get both installers.
If you install the x64 version, the standalone and VST plug-in is placed in "C:\Program Files\RapidComposer (x64)" and the executable is called "RapidComposer_x64.exe". The x86 version does not have the "x64" suffix.
Yes, RapidComposer runs on Windows 8.

Hello Attila,

I am planning to buy a new PC in August. Since I did not know that I'd get x86 and x64 versions, I just wanted to make sure I could use RC on the 64 bit computer, since now I only have Win XP 32 bit. So I thought about exchanging the x86 version with th x64 one.

I see. In the e-mail I sent yesterday you will find the download URLs for 32-bit and 64-bit versions. You can even install both at the same time.
