How to create these sounds?

Hey guys! Happy New Year first of all!

I found these sounds in my sample lib, there are tons of them. Most of them quite noisy, some of them are quite interesting. I'm not sure how there sounds made, some of them sounds like radio noise, some like alarms. It seems they are made with the same technique.

Yeah, I noticed FM sounding, but how big the modulation matrix should be? Number of LFO's? Or maybe there is another approach?

At least the first sample you have posted sounds the same as something i have created with this effect by playing around. ;)

Would be nice to hear the sound you've created? Both dry and wet versions
