AstroLab's diverse synthesis engines allow for the full gamut of sonic shapes to be expressed - from the harmonic resonance of traditional instruments with Physical Modelling to the generation of truly unheard experimental textures and futuristic effects with Wavetable and Granular.

Synthesis-based processing also gives musicians more flexibility to alter sounds and create dynamic evolutions - from the hammer-hardness of a piano to the warmth of an analog filter.

Assignable FX

Make impactful adjustments when playing live.

AstroLab features a dedicated Delay and Reverb and two insert FX, customisable on AstroLab and Analog Lab. Create unique settings for each preset so that you have all the controls you need when playing live.

Choose the room shape, from jazz club to factory hall, select your favorite delay and choose from 12 insert effects to add denaturing distortion or super wide chorus to any sound.

No need to compromise on advanced in-the-moment modulation.

Go a step further and assign AstroLab's FX to any instrument parameter when combined with V Collection, Arturia's reference suite of software instruments.

Choose an evolving CS-80 arp preset in Analog Lab, open the full instrument view, then edit the macros to control any parameter of your choice. Save the preset and send it to AstroLab's library for dynamic custom modulation when playing live.

Multi instrument mastery

Combine your favorite keyboard sound with an oceanic pad, put a synth arp on top of some ethereal strings. AstroLab features a range of multi-instrument presets as well as the ability to create your own, and split them across the keyboard.

Use AstroLab to go between multiple instances of Analog Lab in your DAW for a seamless composition workflow. Simply link AstroLab, press record in your DAW and start layering your favorite sounds without getting lost in your computer.
