Source Elements has released the VST version of the Source-Connect plug-in. Previously only available for Pro Tools, Source-Connect VST offers the same high quality, low latency, real time audio connections to a wide range of audio workstations.
Source-Connect eliminates the need for expensive ISDN lines, hardware, subscription fees and minute-by-minute line charges, enabling affordable high-quality audio streaming between studios, voiceover talent and musicians all over the world. Incorporating a high-quality, low delay AAC codec, Source-Connect allows for communications at bit-rates up to 192kbs stereo.
Source-Connect VST is priced at $395. For a limited time, Source Elements is offering a Source-Connect / Source-Live bundle for $595. Demo versions are available; iLok required.
