Nextmidi releases Divisimate Micro

Nextmidi has released Divisimate Micro, a plugin designed for splitting MIDI into separate musical voices and spreading them across different virtual instruments.

Individual parts are created in realtime from live input and can be recorded directly on separate instrument tracks in the DAW.

The plugin runs within the DAW and connects to four virtual MIDI ports. Incoming MIDI is processed and split into different musical voices, that the user can then route across the ports. A transposer plugin and a trigger make it possible to set automatic voicings and switch playing styles as needed.

With this range of features, Divisimate Micro positions itself as a smaller, more affordable solution for users that are looking to work with smaller ensembles of instruments.

Divisimate Micro also supports MPE input, which opens up a number of possibilities for users with MPE controllers. As the controller data is split up along with the notes, Divisimate Micro allows the user to play any set of virtual instruments as an MPE-Ensemble.

Divisimate Micro is available for an intro price of 39$/39€ (Reg. 49$/49€) until May 28.
