Handheldsound has announced that FlyingHand Percussion for Kontakt 2 is now available. FlyingHand Percussion is a "delicate, authentic sounding" percussion sample library and it is distributed worldwide by SONiVOX.
Spanning over 4 DVDs, FlyingHand Percussion is predominantly focused on hand drums but also includes additions such as the Morphosis Electronic hybrid drum section and the Mutant sound design section. The multi-sampled instruments include an exhaustive sampled palette of articulations and extended techniques, all with full representation of right and left hand samples, 4 alternates for each articulation, up to 20 velocity layers, and several microphone settings.
FHP introduces the realtime Legato Drumming system which adds the extra touch to make your drum playing as real as it gets while dynamically responding to how you play. Flyinghand Percussion also includes a special edition of PSP Audioware's Nitro Plugin with dedicated presets, reverb impulses custom made by Voxengo specifically for this library, and Custom ZenDrum patches for playing live.
