Muses: Calliope - Omnisphere 2

Muses: Calliope is our first pack for the new soundbank series "Muses" for Omnisphere 2. Calliope according to Greek Mythology was the muse of epic poetry. So, this soundbank is a collection of 50 epic synthetic presets that fit for cinematic music, game audio, epic sci-fi underscores, cinematic electronic music, dungeon synth and progressive metal.

Generally, the sounds here are dominating the low and mid frequencies, they do not have a lot of dynamics and their main characteristic is their compressed epic synthetic sonic exhale. In some of them the dynamics is very flat which helps to cut the mix in combination with some mild (or more obvious) saturation they have.

Patches were created with Omnisphere 2.8 and run best with this or newer edition:
