Excellent solo trumpet plugin. works very well with breath controller and Linnstrument. Very, very good value.

This is an excellent value and a very good plugin. I use it with a breath controller and a linnstrument (primarily) and it works very well in that context, but would obviously work well with a standard keyboard as well, particularly coupled well with a breath controller. I originally bought the VG "jazz trumpet" because it was recently on sale and it was under $20. I wasn't expecting much but was blown away with how good it was so I immediately bought this one (the harmon mute) which is even better. These two will likely have you covered and for less than a quarter of the price of the sample modeling trumpets (I have their sax collection, as well as the cello and violins and while those are great, they ain't cheap). I will be posting a video on the Linnstrument forum soon just to show the folks there that this is out there.

I highly recommend checking this software out if you're interested in solo trumpets that are easy to use and sound very, very good to my ears.
