Yeah, I hope to get also a coupon!!! It was free once (all Versions before), then you had to upgrade and now it's free again! Interesting product policy. Not really fair for loyal customers...

I contacted support for a refund and they answered the following:

"There was a charge for Play 6 up until development costs were recouped, and now it has become free. We aren't able to refund your purchase of that upgrade."

So in the future I probably won't support eastwest anymore...

What a shit company. I wish I could sell their trash software. Paypal offers you a really long time to open up a case against them. I would honestly check if you can still file a chargeback against them. I will certainly do so.

I feel like a dope supporting some software companies given their devious and backwards policies.
