I have a midiman Audiophile with MIDI in and out.. I'm currently using my Roland v-drum module (td-3) with the card.. however, I want to incorporate a midman keystation 61.. but the drum module does not have a "thru" input and the keystation only has a MIDI out.
How do I make this work? I need a cheap solution that won't affect my latency. *shrug* Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm... No thru's.
IMHO, your best bet is to add a USB midi interface for more I/O. I have a M-Audio USB Midisport 2x2 that works great and is inexpensive. It's trivially easy to install, set up and use.

They also make 1x1 units if you're really strapped for cash, as well as bigger ones.
Here's a link to a U.S. supplier: http://zzounds.com/cat--MIDI-Interfaces--2429

Won't the USB port introduce a tad more latency than the native soundcard MIDI ports? Also, the USB will use a tad more resources.. are there any other options? Perhaps a MIDI splitter box of some sort?

Considering I wont be using both at the same time, I guess these are my best bets?

Trivial amounts of both. MIDI is pretty low-bandwidth. Really, how bad IS your computer?the USB will use a tad more resources
What you probably want is a MIDI thru box (splitter). From what I see when I google for them, they're just as expensive as a USB MIDI interface, so why not just get one of those. Someday you'll want/need those additional channels.
