I want to send Superior Drummer3's midi drum patterns out and into Kontakt 7 to trigger sounds of a drum kit. Is this possible?

Can Kontakt 7 "receive" midi from other instruments Solved!

This is more dependent on the host. Cubase let's you have midi 'sends' if you're using midi tracks. (not actual instrument tracks tho I think) So you can have 1 midi track going to 4 different destinations in this case.
Other hosts might have something similar. (I think Ableton does, but different in operation)

Hey Danno, thanks for answering that. That helps. I'm in Studio One and I'm checking it out now.Danno wrote: ↑Mon May 06, 2024 7:57 pm This is more dependent on the host. Update. I had to turn the superior drummer midi out on and now it works to trigger the drums in Kontakt.
