My automation tracks do not shift when I insert time. And how do I copy them?

Hello, when I insert time before all the automation tracks after will no shift, is there a way to enable this? And also.. how do I copy multiple automation track keeping the parameters on each on them?

Edit: I realized it only does it with the automation tracks right under a submix not the other ones.
