It's palm muting (or 'chugging' in metel terms.. ), where the strings are played whilst the side of the strumming hand rests against them near the bridge.

Most guitar sample libraries will have an articulation for it, and for that particular sound in the video you'd be using an amp sim with just a bit of overdrive..

Great, which is the best way to use. Do you know how to arrange maybe midi for such a guitar?
