Architect is an entirely self-contained and portable application: it doesn't install any ancilliary files and can be ran from anywhere by simply running the application. Essentially, all you need to do is unzip is.
The VST and VST3 versions can be copied into whatever location you use for your VST and VST3 directories.

An (optional) Linux installer is on the roadmap, but if in the meantime you are having trouble, I can give you more detailed step-by-step instructions.
