Can anyone with a better ear then me identify the plucked instrument that comes in @ 30 seconds? My first guess is a mandolin/mandola, or zither, but it could just be a steel string guitar with fx and lots of reverb. TIA.

I hear fingers sliding an vibrating, so that rules out a zither.
I hear octave doubled (like 12-string guitar) which rules out mandolin (these have their dual strings of the same octave)
I'd guess it's some instrument of Greece or Turkey, Middle-East perhaps? But I can't rule out the Cuban Tres as well, or it simply being a 12-string guitar.

"your song gave me a headache"
"your stuff is so amateurish"
"your mom is fat"
make me laugh some more
