It would be nice to have Sustain Pedal as a modulation source in Mod Matrix.
An example could be turning up Room Size on sustained notes

Using your example, this can be achieved. Assign any of the "Performance controllers" as a source then "Midi Learn" your sustain pedal to your "Performance controllers".
