Is it possible to add Indiginus instruments to display in my Library Browser?
I'm accessing the instruments via "file" instead of the "library" as instructed to load the instruments, but I really like having a mindless central point of searchable access with ALL the instruments I own in Kontakt.

No. In order to make this possible, Indiginus would have to pay a fee to Native Instruments and would have to charge you more for their libraries. As a substitute, check out Kontakt's Quick Load feature:
