is it true that when the low pass filter is routed to velocity, the cutoff frequency has a positive relationship with velocity starting at the point where the cutoff is initially set :?: :?:

I'm not sure if I understand the question ... but reducing velocity will reduce the cuttof from the initial cuttof point, and with the flt knob you can adjust how much (in percentage)
