Any way to do articulation keyswitching with Freestyle + Nuance?

I'm trying to build an instrument with Freestyle and Nuance with a couple articulations. Using the snapshots in Freestyle takes a second or two to switch (like it has to reload all the samples), so it doesn't really work for quick articulation changes.
I was trying to avoid buying Kontakt if I could get it done with the plugins I already own.
Is this something out of scope for Freestyle?

I have the same question. As far as I can tell, the answer is no, but I'd like to be sure.
