Hi,

I noticed the Telematic (V3, V2 etc.) makes a loud *snap* every time the palm mute is toggled when a sound is playing. This makes it unusable for any rhythm guitar stuff, you can basically use one or the other. The Strategy doesn't do this so it seems like it's a problem with the library itself. Can this be fixed or is there a workaround? I see there's a post by someone from 2017 that also mentions this but it went completely unanswered.

Also I tried to send a support ticket through AcousticSamples website but the captcha failed every time so there might be something wrong with that also.

EDIT: Ok, we had a little time, so there is a new version to download in your account.
