ERA 2 Medieval asking me to activate again

I haven't loaded era 2 in a while, but getting pop up to activate on new computer. But this is not new PC and the only thing different is I've added a 2nd monitor. Is this normal to spend a 2nd activation for adding a monitor?

It was probably a Windows update that knocked it out.
