According to the MIDI Specification (https://www.midi.org/specifications-old ... ta-bytes-2 (https://www.midi.org/specifications-old/item/table-3-control-change-messages-data-bytes-2)), the sustain pedal is considered "on" when a CC 64 message contains a second data value greater than or equal to 64. However, when I am using AcademicGrand and B5 Organ, the sustain pedal only works if the second data value is greater than 64. I have a MIDI controller that sends 64 as the second data value, which isn't being recognized by the AcademicGrand and B5 Organ. Is this a bug?

Well i would not call this a bug per say, but yes, most of our libraries require a pedal that has a value greater than 64 to be on. I did not know the MIDI norm was specific about this.
We will issue updates of these libraries soon, the quarantine does not help with speeding the process though...
