My big suggestion would be: add some rests to your lead. It's lacking the movement of the other sustained sounds and as such needs something else to shake it up a bit. It's overbearing right now IMO, smudging the overall sound of the track. Not adding any kind of rhythmic variation means it's making the music sound more static than it should.
