They are all excellent DAWs and it really depends on how much you want to invest in time and money. If I had to only choose from your list then I would probably have to go with Bitwig. I've never used it, but I've heard nothing but good things about it and some devs are from Ableton.
Just switched to Bitwig from Live and Studio One.
Didn't liked much but after working with it againin the 2.4 version (thanks to one user in particular, always posting positive observations) , I really think is going to be permanent choice in tandem with Reason which I still use from time to time.
There are limitations with every DAW, and so with ourselves.
