It's a very detailed emulation of classic MU modular. Configurable and patchable just as with hardware. Comes with a large set of modules and a resizable rack up to 4x8U. The panning and zooming capabilities are there because it's not possible to fit it all in a fixed window and have a usable GUI. It will be released in 1-2 months.

I hope the developer is aware that there was previously a product called the 'Pulsar Modular', by Creamware, still sold as the SCOPE Modular, and that there's a vague possibility that this may be construed as a trademark infringement or 'passing off' violation. Friendly advice : it might be safest to contact SCOPE, the company that now owns the IP of Creamware and confirm that they have no objections, before they raise some.
my other modular synth is a bugbrand

I think they got GlitchMachines to change the name of their Quadrant plugin pretty soon after launch (its original name was Scope), so Creamware appears to be pretty hot on trademark enforcement.whyterabbyt wrote:I hope the developer is aware that there was previously a product called the 'Pulsar Modular', by Creamware, still sold as the SCOPE Modular, and that there's a vague possibility that this may be construed as a trademark infringement or 'passing off' violation. Im not a big fan of modular but every time I hear the filter on this thing I get a twinge in my pants. I LOVE what I'm hearing out of these demos. It sounds very musical. Good chance I wind up with this one.
