Galaxy Vintage D - Sound quality problem

I'm not sure if this is a common problem or not but I'm going to express the problem

After buying the Galaxy Vintage D and installing all of the cables and removing all of the previous issues I've posted about.

The current issue now is that the sound quality from the Galaxy vintage D when I press a key on my piano and the sound played in response is NOTHING like the quality of the sound produced from my piano when I manually press a key on the Galaxy Vintage D's virtual keyboard, literally nothing like the same, it sounds pretty electronic and canny (I can upload a sound file comparison if needs be).

I have quality cables, so I know that the cable isn't the problem and when I alter the settings the piano sound does change on both the virtual and when I actually press the key but the Virtual piano always sounds correct (The quality is high) but when I press it on my piano the sound quality is very bad as written before, is this a common issue and if so, how do I fix it?
