Your welcome!Gosh wrote:thanks, zak for updating your presets to the new formatPatchAdamz wrote:As we know, Arturia completely changed the format of all presets.PatchAdamz wrote:The Arturia SEM V is a great emulation of the Oberheim SEM, a true vintage classic.
SEM stands for Synthesizer Expander Module.
Originally, it was designed to be a backup synth controlled by a sequencer for layering or live use.
It did not have a keyboard and was portable.

The Oberheim SEM was used by Jan Hammer, Josef Zawinul, John Carpenter, Goldfrapp, Herbie Hancock.
"OberLand" digs deep into what was so cool about the Oberheim SEM, analog grit.

The over 150 presets includes:
ARPs
Bass
Pads
Leads
Percussion

Personally, I wanted to make sure everyone who purchased Oberland for SEM could use it.
I created 2 banks, one in the old format, one in the new.(new is V2).
Also, individual presets are still available in the original format.
This should assure the ability to load the presets/banks regardless of SEM version.
To load V2"
1. Open SEM V2
2. Click on the Arturia logo.
3. Press import
4. Load the V2 Oberland bank
5. Look under banks in the SEM preset manager, you will see "VSP - Oberland".
The presets will also be located amongst the other presets.
Hopefully, Arturia will evolve the system to allow for a bit more clarity inside the "presets" system.
None the less, "VSP-Overland" can be loaded from the banks inside the new preset system (when you click on the logo).
Thanks everyone, I hope that makes the update process smoother.
Oh, for those who are buying new:
