RMV 5.1.1 or 5.1.3 upgrade?

I received an email indicating that a 5.1.3 upgrade was available in the download sections of the RMV web page. However, when I download the file, it is labelled "RMV Instrument Installer 511.exe," implying that this is a 5.1.1 upgrade, resulting in some confusion on my part. Is the "RMV Instrument Installer 511.exe" the latest and correct upgrade file?

RMV 5.1.3 is Mac only specific update fixing compatibility problems.
