I would like to include a track from another session in my current session, is this possible?

If it's about an audio part:
Import the audio file(s) into the other session.
If it's about a sequence part:
Right-click the sequence -> Save Sequence.
Also save the target module to a .MUX or .MuSynth file.
Then import both into the other session.
