I can't find some instruments in Mulab.
I want make music for movies, but there's no instruments what I want.

You have to buy some proper vst plugins, like these ones:

Sometimes there are some free basic packages available.

Or you modify the built-in synthesizers to get the desired sound.

However, there are cheaper or even free solutions.
Depending on how good you are with making patches for samplers (Mu.Lab have a very good multisampler) there are freebies with symphonic orchestra instruments.

Unrelated to Mu.Lab:
You might want to try also DSK Plugins. For what you need I reccomend DSK Strings, DSK Brass and DSK World StringZ (for harp).
