trouble activating license key

hi i need some help activating the latest version of mulab, whenever i enter in my license it says i am using an old license and it is invalid, however i was previously using version 3.0.42 and it recognized my license and upgraded me to xt, has anyone had any trouble with this? i would greatly appreciate any advice, thanx

Some time around 12 June you should have had an email from infodesk-AT-mutools.com with a new key.

Indeed, from MU.LAB 3.1 on, MU.LAB uses a new User Key format.
When MU.LAB 3.1 was released, an email has been sent to all registered users with their new MU.LAB User Key.
If you did not find such email, please email me (not PM) and i'll resend your MU.LAB User Key!

thanks for the replies, i lost some of my email and it must have been one of them, but i got the new key and everything is working great. thanks everyone
