Hi Have just purchased Old black grand.
When I load it in K4 Player it reports a missing file "olblackgrand.tga"
Also no key noise can be heard in K4 player, plus no controls are available.
Also in Kontakt 2 "olblackgrandK2.tga" missing.
How do I resolve this

Well... they should be in the artwork folder, maybe you extracted it the wrong way.
Maybe the quickest way to fix this is to locate the file manually instead of having to uncompress everything again.
If you really can't find the tga files, send me an email directly, i will send it to you.

Well, I retrieved the artwork files from the Laptop I used to download the files. So that's Ok now.
The only other problem is, I can't hear any mechanical key release noise in
K4 Player, in the top octave, but I can in Kontakt 2.
I have checked the settings and they are OK.
Is this to be expected in the K4 Player because of Demo Mode?
It's not really a big problem,'cause I can use K2,Im just curious.
One last question. What am I missing by not having the Full Kontakt K4

Maybe you can check in the groups if the files are here, you can also check the polyphony to see if a voice is triggered.
